Fibretec's engineers were still doing job reports, timesheets and vehicle checks on paper. I built them a portal that does the lot online: multi-step job forms with signatures and compliance checks, timesheets that total themselves, expense claims with receipt uploads, PPE requests and daily vehicle checksheets. Every one produces a consistent PDF at the end, behind tiered password protection.
